FML, I'm sorry. I was about to make a new thread and I got distracted.

Well, Besty isn't the first or the last telepath to have the hots for Scott.

Bishop or Forge?

Again with the "FML". What does it mean?

Jean didn't generally use her powes to try to get Scott in bed with her and you know I don't like Emma Frost.

Bishop.

Same question.

Bishop.

FML means "Fk My Life."

Yeah, but Jean, Betsy, and Emma were all telepaths who were attracted to Scott is what I meant. I know Jean never tried to mess with Scott's head.

Gambit or Deadpool?

Deadpool. Gambit never grew on me.

Days of Future Past or Age of Apocalypse?

Age of Apocalypse.

Yeah, I was never a big fan of Gambit either, though he could provide a good laugh sometimes.

Same question.

Days of Future Past. It was tough for me to watch Scott and Jean in Age of Apocalypse like that. I felt the writers copped out at the end.

Gambit or Havok?

Dude, if you keep flying the Jean/Scott flag so frantically I'm going to be tempted to take a jab at them. I like Scott and I don't mind Jean and I like her with Scott, but jeez dude...

Havok. He developed into a good team leader in X-Factor, but he was at his best as a villain in Age of Apocalypse.

Same question.

Havok. But it broke my heard to see him as a villain in the Age of Apocalypse X-Factor comics.

Hey, I also fly my flag for Alex and Lorna. I'm serious about my ships. I'm a romantic, what can I say?

Evil Hank McCoy or Good Hank McCoy?

Havok was great as a villain in the Age of Apocalypse. Where they went too far was in making him a villain in the main timeline after the Age of Apocalypse was over.

As regards ships, I feel the ships have their place but I don't feel they are the most important thing in the X-Men franchise and I don't feel other elements of the franchise should be shoved around or belittled to serve the ships. Like hating on a great character like Wolverine because he's perceived as a threat to the Jean/Scott ship.

I don't ship Alex/Lorna. I see the comic book version of Lorna as a bargain basement ripoff of Jean Grey. The tv Gifted version is a whole other matter, though.

Good Hank McCoy. The evil one was a wanker.

Same question.

Good Hank. Although that stunt he pulled bringing the young X-Men to the present day was... well, I guess I don't need to tell you.

Polaris or Storm?

Well, I do agree that ships serve their purpose. I just don't like when it gets into soap opera territory, which is why I have issues with stuff like triangles and things, that's all. No need to cloud the storyline with all that drama. And I don't hate Wolverine for that because he was never a threat, really. Just an annoyance because the writers kept going there, like we didn't know how it was always gonna end, you know? I just thought it was unfair to Scott to keep messing with him all the time. Just let the guy be a hero, don't do this Madelyne/Phoenix/Emma/Jean nonsense all the time. And he and Logan actually do work well together if you take Jean out of the equation, which I'd prefer. And for some reason I prefer James Howlett to just Logan.

Ugh, don't get me started on what they've done with Havok lately. And I'd actually like to see Alex and Lorna meet on The Gifted to give them a chance to distinguish themselves apart from the comics.

Storm (comic book version). My second favorite female Marvel character.

I prefer Wolverine being just "Logan" to being called "James Howl-it".

Polaris or Jean Grey? (Polaris in the comics is kind of the first clone of Jean we see.)

Jean Grey.

Really? But Lorna doesn't have her DNA.

Aww, you don't think "Hooowwwlll-ett" is cute? Logan already has a Wolfman Jack haircut.

Sunspot or Cannonball?

Cannonball, particularly in his '90s X-Force phase. He's an old favorite of mine.

Same question

Cannonball as well. I liked his stint on The New Warriors.

Jessica Drew Spider-Woman or Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman?
