Evan Peters (born January 20, 1987) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles on the FX television series American Horror Story as well as his role in X-Men: Days of Future Past as Quicksilver.

He's the only thing I'm really going to miss about the Fox X Men films. It was fun to look forward to his speed sequence in the films, the one in Apocalypse where he gets everyone out of the X Mansion before it explodes was amazing. I wonder what he will do in Dark Phoenix, even though I'm meh about that film in general.

I agree. He was one of the best things about the First Class films.

I just hope he doesn't die in Dark Phoenix.

I agree, Petra.

I'm glad he didn't die, but I'm disappointed that his role was cut down so much, and his storyline with Magneto was left unresolved.

I don't think that Evan's schedule on American Horror Story would've affected things, since he was also working on that show during the last two X-Men films.

Well, as I said in the Dark Phoenix thread. Those other films didn't have the Disney&Fox deal overshadowing them, and Dark Phoenix being cut from a 2 part film to 1 film probably didn't help things either.

Yeah, but I still don't think that would've had anything to do with Evan's role being cut down.

Especially if they knew that they had a plotline they needed to resolve.

Well, since it was called Dark Phoenix the main storyline/focus had to be on Jean. Then add the fact cause of the deal Dark Phoenix was the last Fox X-Men movie sadly it makes sense why Evan's role got cut down.

I still think that because it's the last Fox X-Men movie they shouldn't at least addressed the thing about Magneto being his dad.

Yes, but when they did DOFP and Apocalypse there wasn't a TBA expiration date for Fox.

They should have resolved Quicksilver's storyline.
