You question the record because you don't want to believe it? I believe it. Her father was arrested for domestic violence too. It runs in the family.

She was arrested, but Peters didn't want to press charges, so she wasn't charged

From what I've heard, the reports said that Evans and Roberts had begun hitting each other. Evans wasn't arrested because Roberts had no "visible injuries," and he declined to press any charges. And this was in Canada, so who knows about the cops up there?

Yeah, but that was her dad. And it doesn't run in the family because Julia never had that happen.

Julia isn't the one who's her father.

The fight is a black mark on both Evan and Emma, but she's the one that got arrested, and I pay attention when a celebrity has been actually arrested for domestic violence. Tar is the one that drew my attention to this incident and she knows more about Emma than I do, so I go by her view.

Either way Emma and Evan have had at least one physical fight and that doesn't lead me to look with approval on their relationship. It doesn't make me think they're good together.

And again, Emma got arrested because she had no "visible" injuries, but after she was released she reportedly did have bruises on her legs that were hidden by her clothing. And who Evan dates is his choice, so let's drop it.
