 It was on the last thread, so I didn't remember.  So is Venom going to be Eddie Brock in the movie? Because in the comics the symbiote eventually ended up attached to Flash Thompson, who is now a SHIELD agent. __________________

That, and his original status as a high school jock and bully who eventually reforms himself. Making him Indian or middle eastern for the sake of diversity at the expense of the character's defining traits is just beyond stupid. Storytelling is taking a back seat to PC and it's killing movies and comics.

It certainly did change the character into somebody entirely different, not simply because of the background of the actor, but because he's a goofy-looking little guy who looks like he'd be somebody Flash would bully.

He's not the type if guy who would be the least bit intimidating, and he's certainly no jock. I honestly don't know what the hell Marvel Studios is thinking. PC kills storytelling.__________________
