Feige is just a dork, plain and simple. It has nothing to do with Peggy, it has to do with Haley Atwell. I get the feeling that if Emilia Clarke or Felicity Jones had played Peggy, this wouldn't have happened. I think Feige is the one who has an Atwell fetish.

What was done to She Hulk and Thor was done before his time on the comics. I know you want to blame all the evils of the world on Kevin Feige, but it just doesn't add up.

Well, he may not have had total control over Marvel at the time, but he was still in charge of Marvel Studios and it was clear that the comics were taking their cues from Feige even before he controlled everything. Marvel pulled that crap with fusing Hank Pym and Ultron to conveniently get him out of the way back in 2015, remember? And it just happened to be right at the same time that Age of Ultron and Ant-Man came out.
