Well, it wasn't black and red in the comics. Was that the original intended design?

Read the article if you want to find out. I couldn't be arsed.

This is my problem with "alternate versions" of characters...
It often brings nothing new, or it deviates too much from the original story. I know that's an oxymornic statement, but it's a valid one. I personally don't mind going into an alternate reality, but... too often, alternate realities are far too similar to the reality we were previously reading about. THEN, there's some involving drastic changes to a character's story, fundamentally altering the nature of the character... and that's bad too. And OMG I cannot STAND the overuse of resurrections. Jean Grey being on TOP of the list. The whole Phoenix thing was an excellent example of inconsistencies, retconns and other unnecessary plot developments and redevelopments that, ultimately strangled a great concept, with very poor narrative decisions, reiterations and changes. |

You know I hate reading articles that are gonna make me nauseous, sum1.
Thanks, dragonfire. Oh, sure... doesn't everyone have an Iron Man suit now? Quote:
I agree about Jean as well. I think the only resurrection that they should've done was in the 80s, when the Avengers found her at the bottom of the Atlantic off the coast of New York in that cocoon, and it turned out that Dark Phoenix was a doppelganger all along. That should've been the end of it. But once the 1990s ended and the 21st century began, Marvel just decided to start reusing all of their old stories, like they had no new stories to tell. __________________

Video games? It's getting a bit tiresome now. They keep making new versions of Marvel video games and I have to say that it's now boring.

Seriously, what is up with these DC/Marvel crossovers? They do this once every other decade it seems.
