If it has to do with Apocalypse,the X-Force movie, New Mutants or Alpha Flight,I'll try to put them in spoilers,unless we mention the characters. Technically, Cable/Nate is connected to Scott and Jean. They're not going to mention how backstory in great detail,but they can't get around who his parents are. However,this is the Magneto/Mystique thread,so I'm only going into detail on Scott and Logan's threads.

Mystique could easily choose not to deal with him,though. She's done it before and takes her own sweet time working with him unless it's vital. If she works with S.H.I.E.L.D.,I won't be all that surprised. The odd thing with Magneto is that even if she's his favorite person,he won't think twice about replacing her. If Peter knocked on his door and told him that he knows who he is,Magneto will not give a crap. Peter gets shotgun, Mystique is in the backseat and if Peter wants to play Kiss or Queen,he'll play it as loudly as possible. Shut up, Raven.

And yet she still goes with him because I feel they both need each other. I'm not going to go deep into the X-Men world (I don't know that much anyway) but we have yet to see how this relationship will fare post-DOFP. I agree that Magneto can easily replace Mystique if he wants to. We saw him easily dismiss her when she lost her mutant ability in Last Stand. He can do it again if he doesn't need her.

I can imagine. It ranked up a notch after DOFP for sure.

We need to know remember that Last Stand does not exist anymore, so everybody has their powers so atleast in the present she should still be with him. I think they will go back together even after what happened in the Past
