They may want to make it separate just so they don't have to be restricted by anything in the films. Still, I think that's a pretty dumb idea. I thought it was a stupid move to make Gifted separate from the movies, because that makes it irrelevant for fans of the X-Men movies. DC made the same mistake by making its tv shows totally separate from its movie universe. I think the MCU approach, where the shows are connected to the movies, but semi-separate, is a lot smarter.

Aubrey Plaza is amazing.
 Creepy and terrifying, yet funny and so much fun to watch. I think she might be my favourite character on the show.__________________
