I've heard of DA cause you use to moderator it had no idea Thea was in tjay series though

I'm glad the show is on FX though, they can get a bit more violent if they want.

I've read up a bit about David Haller since I'm very unfamiliar with Legion. He's Charles Xavier & Gabrielle Haller's son (looks like David took his mother's family name). I haven't read up about Gabrielle yet and how she met Charles but I wonder if they will follow the comics closely or (as what usually happens) change it up a bit for the TV show.

Thanks for the Screen Rant article. So it is kind of like FX's AoS, it's a stand alone show even if they say that it's all connected. We haven't seen any of the Avengers on the show yet and we will most likely not see one.

The only connection from Avengers to AoS is that Coulson was in a few of the Avengers and we saw Lady Sith otherwise no real connection to Avengers - so excited to see how they do this one too

And they can't really connect it cause as far as the Avengers know, Coulson is dead. However they do connect the show to the MCU but it mostly affects the TV show and not the movies (since of course the movies are a larger realm).

I'm okay with this TV show as a standalone and I don't really need to see Hugh Jackman or James McAvoy do cameos (for example). The X-Men timeline is already convoluted so I don't think it's necessary.

Dont think its necessary either have something that is connected but outside of the movies - characters that aren't well known and just give us something different

yup ...Agents of Shield gave us something different...only man we knew was Phil...who dramatically got killed in first Avengers movie

I do like that it's only 8 episodes which means no filler eps for this show. If the show is good, FX should renew.

Looks like we'll get Legion the same time US gets them.
