I'll always love the original Star Wars films, but you can't get them on dvd these days and my feelings for them are buried under a load of pain over the recent films. It's easier to distance myself emotionally from the whole franchise. The main thing I cling onto is Harrison's performance as Han. That'll always be great. My feelings on Mark Hamill as Luke have been clouded by his petty clashes with fans, which remind me of Donald Trump. I'm very much of the view that rich, powerful celeberities should remain aloof from fan squabbles, neither commenting nor getting involved. I've been disappointed in a number of Star Wars celebs who have gotten involved in that mess. Frank Oz, for example. I wish they'd know better.

I'm sorry to hear that the Harry Potter franchise has suffered as well.

Every studio's hungry for a big franchise they can milk to death.

Guess all we can do is remember the good times and move on.

Jonathan Frakes? Wow, I haven't heard from him in a long time. Best thing he ever directed was Star Trek: First Contact.

That ending was shocking, but overall it was a pretty average episode.

Some parts were, but I felt overall it didn't move the plot along that much.

that's not always necessary. Enjoying interactions can be just as fun

Yeah, but there weren't that many of the interactions I wanted. Many of the characters were separated this episode.
