This thread is for bashing the character Emma Frost, whether in the movies, the comics or the cartoons. This is not a place for bashing actors (though their acting can be criticised).

Emma Frost is a thoroughly disgusting character who rather horribly likes misusing her powerful telepathic powers against people, violating minds without a shred of remorse. For some reason Marvel in the '90s thought she could be rehabilitated and they made her principal of a school for teenage mutants affiliated with Xavier's in the comic Generation-X. From there she developed into an X-Men member in the 21st century (aka the century when comics are crap) and they gave her a quite unnecessary power boost , a "diamond body" power (as if her telepathy wasn't enough power for her to abuse). The leering slimeball went on to ruin Scott and Jean's time-honoured relationship. Now she's doing it again in the present day comics. For anybody who's fed up of her, here's a place to vent.

In the movies Emma was played with cold stiffness by January Jones. Not a good memory.

In theory this is possible. In an RP I was in recently, we were in the Marvel "Antiverse" where Emma Frost was a dude named, "Emmet Frost", kinda like Cyclops was a chick named "Scottie Summers" and Jean Grey/Phoenix was "Eugene "Gene" Grey/Phoenix", Henrietta McCoy was Beast, and yada yada. LOL I actually liked "Gene Grey" much better than his reverse counterpart

What do you mean, sum1? I remember Kurt going *BAMF* every time he teleported all through the 1970s and 80s comics. It can't be a 21st century thing because I clearly remember reading those "bamfs" when I was a teenager.
