To me they oozed chemistry. Although Rogue was a lot younger, Remy was the protective, charming, figure in her life that Rogue needed.

I've been a fan of Gambit/Rogue for such a long time

Was really hoping that the films would show more development between these two characters since their romance is so iconic in the comics and cartoons.

To be honest the only thing that disappointed me in the movie was the lack of Rogue/Gambit

Thanks hun! Yes I hope that if they do bring him to the films, he and Paquin have a good chemistry because that's the most important thing. Also I'd like to see how they portray his card abilities.

Same here! I was expecting some sort of buildup to their romance but we got nothing... maybe in the next film?

Yep the chemistry is there. Would be cool to see Rogue take his powers briefly and use it
