They treated the Star Wars originsal trio of characters like crap.

It looked to me like they had contempt for characters who weren't young. Particularly in the way they wrote Leia.

Oh, I know.

They really have contempt for the previous Star Wars trilogy. The older characters had depth and character growth. The new ones are Mary Sues who have no flaws and no growth or development.
