I'm surprised Marvel got away with calling Deadpool "Wade Wilson", considering how close that is to DC's Deathstroke, "Slade Wilson".

Yeah, well... they've stolen from each other before. Stan Lee talked about how DC freaked out after he created Wonder Man, accusing him of ripping off Wonder Woman, but then DC created Power Girl after Marvel created Power Man, and so on.

Marvel created Power Man twice. Once in the '60s as a villain and later in the '70s with Luke Cage. Luke Cage wasn't called Power Man at first. His comic was called Luke Cage, Hero for Hire, but around issue 16 he picked up the name Power Man and the title changed its name to Luke Cage, Power Man. Then the original Power Man showed up and fought Luke Cage for the name. Luke Cage won.

 I never knew there was a Power Man before Luke Cage, although I did know that Luke's original title was Hero For Hire. I assumed the Power Man moniker was something they came up with later when he partnered with Iron Fist.__________________

I didn't know they did the stereotypical "meet-as-enemies-and-become-friends" thing with Luke and Danny before they were partners.  Damn, what year were those? I hated how back then they only listed the month but not the year in the upper left corner. __________________

^I wouldn't make that prediction. The only way I see Deadpool 2 making more money is if the Han Solo movie gets really bad reviews. I also don't see this making more than the first movie either, since it's released in a more crowded season and the competition is stronger this time.

I won't be seeing he Han Solo movie. Casting an actor other than Harrison Ford as Han Solo is a travesty.
