Well you can't be sure they're bringing in a new Hank Pym in 2020. They're not rebooting the franchise, just gettng rid of some older characters, which doesn't include Paul Rudd's Ant Man, because he's a newer addition. They've already got versions of Hank and Janet in this MCU and while those may not satisfy you, I don't see any sign that they're switching them out for new versions anytime soon.
