I agree, sum1. But I still think it's possible to make a good movie adaptation of it if Hollywood would just stay out of its own way.

Hope this means we'll get some news or a trailer released at San Diego Comic-Con.

Simon Kinberg Never Wants To Stop Making X-Men Movies

I'd rather Simon Kinberg not write anymore comic book movies. He's better as a producer. And sadly, there was no news about Dark Phoenix or any of the upcoming X-Men movies at SDCC. The Deadpool 2 panel was there only to promote the extended cut and Blu-ray release.

Well, there was no MCU at Comic Con either, so let's just wait and see.

LightYears isn't a fan of his, sum1. I think he acknowledges that he could've done a better job with Apocalypse.

I'm actually a she, Alex.

Simon Kinberg has a terrible track record as a writer. The only good movie that he had a writing credit on was X-Men: Days of Future Past. Not only did he co-wrote X-Men: The Last Stand, but he was also a writer on the 2015 Fantastic Four movie, and there are rumors that he ghost-directed parts of that movie too. He's a good producer, but he's not a very good writer.

I know you're a she, LightYears. When I said "he" I meant Kinberg admitted that X-Men: Apocalypse could've been done better.

Wow, I knew that he was involved with Days of Future Past, but I didn't know he was involved with The Last Stand and the Fantastic Four remake.
