No, not everyone. Most of the main characters are. The story revolves mostly around Dolores(Evan Rachel Wood), William(Ed Harris and Jimmi Simpson), and Maeve(Thandie Newton). Dolores and Maeve are both androids while William is human and played alternately by Harris as old William/The Man In Black and Jimmi Simpson as young William, who falls in love with Dolores.

Sounds like it should be called Robotworld, not Westworld.

The theme park is divided into several time periods, sum1.

The original 1973 movie had the Delos park divided into three time periods - Westworld, based on the old American west; Medieval World, based on Europe in the Middle Ages; and Roman World, based on the Roman Empire - but most of the story took place in Westworld. But the HBO series so far has shown Westworld, Shogun World(set in feudal Japan), and India World. There may be other parks.
