James Bond movies

The one thing I can say about Star Trek: Discovery is that they're finally making these starships better in terms of their structural design as it applies to physics and engineering. Having the warp nacelles more level and closer to the ship, and the impulse engines in the back so the thrust is evenly distributed across the ship's mass is a definite improvement.

I'll stick with the Star Trek movies.

Going to watch some more Jessica Jones today. Rewatching the season.

NFL Sunday Night Football - Green Bay Packers vs. Atlanta Falcons

I prefer the movies too, sum1. Specifically the original movies. But I do appreciate the new starship designs trying to be more scientifically sound.

Got to the point in Jessica Jones where Kilgrave (Purple Man) gets unbearably annoying. The show is too obsessed with him. Kill him off already and move on. He's got to the point where he's ruining the show. The show's Kilgrave storyline got major praise for its portrayal of sexual assault, but I think a more accurate assessment is that it's displaying a massive and unhealthy sexual hangup. And it's an insult to the Jessica Jones character to make her so defined by being a victim. She can be so much more than that. The first time I watched the season, the good points outweighed the bad, but now I'm really getting sick of this Kilgrave crap.

And there's only so much I care bear of David Tennant anyway. Brings back horrible memories of his time as the 10th Doctor. Got me to drop Doctor Who permanently. I agree he's good for playing a creepy bastard, but there's only so much I want to see of that.

Phantom of the Opera [2004]

^ Got such history with it because in Grade 6 which would have been 1997 or 1998 or whatever Toronto Opera House school trip to see one of the last years of it being in Toronto because it pulled out

I remember vague of the experience and always LOVED couple songs so couple years ago - got half the movie and tonight was only first time watching it fully, fully with the complete story

It was a good film. Gerard Butler and Emmy Rossum were good.

I've had the soundtrack for awhile but it still shocks me about Gerad's singing ability PHEW and no wonder the movie skyrocketed him into Hollywood and he's had a fairly good career

Emmy Rossum was good but I lke listening to Sarah, believe original broadway Christine. Sarah and Antionio Bardanas version of the song is
