I'll look into it, sum1. It's only 17 weeks from September to December, and then the playoffs in January, and finally the Super Bowl in February.

Oh, and American style football is technically called "gridiron football," given the design of the field. Canada has a similar game, which is called Canadian football. Their gridiron field is slightly longer and wider.

No, Canada has gridiron football, basketball, and baseball, sum1. Canada had two teams in Major League Baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays and the Montreal Expos, but the Expos moved from Montreal to Washington D.C. and became the Washington Nationals. How ironic. They still have the Blue Jays, though.

No. Japan has baseball too, sum1. So does Mexico and many Latin American countries.

I remember when we still had The Expo's also related to Winnipeg Jets remember having them, going to Phoenix [?] than coming back to Winnipeg. THINK Quebec still had a team too

You do, Sarah? The Expos go way back to when I was a kid.

Your CFL still uses those old H-shaped goalposts that high schools and colleges used to use.

Pretty sure the Expo's were still in Canada in the 90s yea was 2004 they relocated to DC
