| I've been a vegetarian for a year now. I wanted to be one long before but always thought it would be too difficult but it was surprisingly easy and I don't miss meat at all. I think the health benefits (for me anyway) are huge, I've lost so much weight that I needed to lose and feel healthier too. | |||

| ok let's see um...the other day i made couscous, that's what u do when u want dinner in minutes. - 1 can of chick peas - 1 can of corn - 1 cup of couscous - a few tomatoes - some vegetable broth bring the broth to a boil, put the couscous in & stir. it'll take minutes for the couscous to be cooked when it happens, mix the rest of the ingredient with the couscous & u're done. voila lol __________________ AFI's 8th album Crash Love in stores Sep. 29th 2009 | |||
