Sorry, l don't believe in recipes so l can't help with that. Sprouting the quinoa is highly recommended for reasons far too extensive to be discussing here. __________________

One of my favourite meals. Will fill me all day. A nice big milk shake consisting of:
* kelp mixed fermented rye sprout water followed by a chaser of: * sprouted chia seed milk * coconut fat __________________

This lunch is pretty much as good as it gets and the nutrition king! (pics taken this morning to show off day's menu) __________________

Being controlled by your taste buds makes it impossible to transend ordinary human behaviour and reach buddhahood due these temptations that lie before us. We are always controlled by what we like and what we don't like, so emotional sentimentality plays a heavy role in controlling our behaviour, but there are much higher level principles that we can live by which far transends the ordinary human preferences such as compassion when viewed froim a higher level. However when we are still focussed on emotional needs it makes it difficult to live by the higher level principles in the universe. __________________

Types of Vegetarian Diets | Levels of Vegetarianism Personally l don't like any of the definitions and don't like the word vegan because l personally don't believe there is any such thing. Even `so called' vegans consume bacteria in the air and off food etc, so they still consume living beings like meat eaters do, but on a much less signifcant scale. Vegans like to get on their high horse about not killing animals and using products that use animal products etc, yet they still use bike or car tyres which use animal products in them. Vegan ethics that are taught are really messed up and hippocritical. Under many circumstances it is o.k to wear leather, and sometimes it is o.k to wear fur, but under certain circumstances it is not. Rarely is it ever ethical to wear wool under proper vegan ethics unless the animal is carefully shaved of it's wool. Dairy is ethical only under certain conditions also, but never would commercial dairy be ethical. This is all vegan ethics taught at an everyday level, but when we talk about vegan ethics from a very high level it can be completely different again. I don't really like using diet labels. I see myself as someone who just eats plant foods. __________________
