I like watching Bones cause the main character acts the same way I do and interprets things how I do, it's rather eerie but I'm so weird, it's nice to see a weird, smart, high functioning autistic woman as the main character. Also, Booth and Sweets are crushable to me in different ways and I like the humour, it's not too serious all the time, plus they keep making deaths unique.

That's great you see so much of yourself in her.
I don't know why I never got into it. It's been so long I can't remember. I do remember people leaving watching because they felt it wasn't as good near the end. __________________

It's hate-watching for me, if I'm honest. I used to enjoy it, but it went so deeply, cartoonishly rah-rah U.S.A! U.S.A.! with Booth's army service and simplistic patriotism (not to mention David Boreanaz's inability to act) that I'm having a hard time watching even the earlier episodes now.
It's "unpatriotic" to say some people are better than others. Booth pandering to Bones by pretending to not be as good a shot as her, only to pull out the '80s-era cop-TV fancy shooting moves as soon as she walks away. Booth and Angela being so dismissive of anyone remotely nerdy or having a high intellect. Finding proof that someone is terrorist because he was only pretending to be a Christian Arab when, in fact, he's Muslim!!!! __________________

Sunny, I think once you're tainted by a show's fall down that is makes re-watching any episodes hard to tolerate.
There was a 20/20 special with Roseanne actors, discussing the earlier series, but I forgot to record it, and was watching racing. I'm kind of upset that I missed it, because I'm curious if they enjoyed it as much as I did. That said, I'm a little cautious about the new Roseanne series. __________________

I so wanted to see that 20/20 special and I totally forgot about it, too!

I think we both would have liked it, so it sucks not having seen it.
I'm watching my Looney Tunes DVD's I got for Christmas. Yeah, I'm on a cartoon binge. It's been one of those days. __________________

I have officially caught up on The Good Doctor and, otherwise, kept on top of the taped stuff, but without really catching up on anything.

I'm glad you got to catch up on The Good Doctor. Is it still as good? I do that often, with shows-feel like I'm never catching up.
The good thing about the way you do recording is that you can watch whatever show suits your mood. I'm watching Live PD that I recorded the other night. It's kind of mindless TV that occasionally has interesting parts. __________________

I'm not loving a new character on The New Doctor. We're supposed to hate her, so it lines up. But I'm not happy that she's even on the show. There are plenty of other characters whose personalities aren't 100% awesome that I've learned to like.
It sorta feels like they realized every character now had their good side, so they had to bring in someone 100% unlikeable. So I'm annoyed that she's there. And I'm also annoyed that she so unlikeable, because no one's that way, so eventually she'll have a good side and I'll have started out hating her. Not sure I'm making any sense. __________________

I hate when new characters are added to shows that don't call for them, so I understand that. You're right-it calls for eventual redemption, which is annoying most of the time. So, that makes perfect sense for your feelings.
I almost forgot last night was Lucifer, which was the end of the repeats for a while. __________________

How was Lucifer? I'm sorta hoping it wasn't a new episode here, because I missed it if it was.
I'm catching up on my crime shows tonight. __________________

Crime shows are always fun to watch.
I watched the Town Hall meeting with the students from Parkland, on CNN, where they met with a few NRA people, and politicians. They tore into Mark Rubio for still not saying he would stop taking NRA money. It was amazing to hear those students. If only adults in office and the NRA were that smart, and courageous. __________________

I completely missed that this was even happening. Not sorry I missed it. Trump's an anger trigger for me these days and I don't need that.
I'm watching Flip Or Flop Nashville right now. It's a new show for me. I kinda love it, too. So much better than the original. These people are actually likeable. __________________

Yeah, keeping up with the daily struggle against him, is getting triggering for me, too.
I absolutely love Flip or Flop Nashville. I record it every week. I also like Flip or Flop Atlanta, but, they're a more subdued couple, rather than the exes who have an awesome relationship on the Nashville one. I watched Beat Bobby Flay last night, and Chopped reruns. __________________

I don't have Flip or Flop Atlanta on HGTV Canada at the moment. It's Flip or Flop Nashville and Flip or Flop Fort Worth. Obviously, HGTV USA and HGTV Canada don't show all the same shows.
Watching Bondi Vet (aka Dr Chris, Pet Vet) at the moment. It's a cute piglet that was born missing three of her four trotters and he's providing a "fix" in the form of bandages. __________________
