Not sure what kind of webiste this is, but it's clear it's someone who wants to make tyler look bad either for own profit or some government troll. Tyler's yotube account is probably one of the most credible out there. Whenever someone is close to the truth people try to make him/her look bad. Either they work for the shadow government or they're simply very narrow minded people who are scared there might be more out there than what they know from school. And there's lots of this kind of people.
