There's also this recipe: Sweet Potato and Turkey Couscous It is effing delicious, but it really needs leftover turkey.
I made it once and cooked some extra turkey to make up the quantities and, without the proper brining/cooking, it didn't those bits didn't taste the same. __________________

 I expect you to have more snow than us.It is back in the 40's here. Still.....soup is nice in December. |

Welcome to Canadian weather, the climate change edition. We will, cumulatively, get more snow than you. We may even get taller drifts and snowbanks. But temperatures now yo-yo from one extreme to another all through winter.
So, more often than now, what we get is a layer of compacted snow-cum-ice all over everything. __________________
