I think it is a good idea. I hope this can take place throughout the US. This in not just a problem in the cities, in the "Blue states, in districts than vote for Democrats, in neighborhoods with black and brown people, in cities infested with "illegals", in areas with LGBTQ+ people, in areas where people don't kneel before the cross and stand for the flag". This is an issue that also effects in large amounts what the 2008 Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin calls "The Real America". Drug abuse is something some thing that people have to understand and have compassion for, "warehousing" people only makes the situation worse so having these kinds of programs and needle exchange programs should be considered useful is reducing overdosing, HIV, Hepatitis spreading and other things, and I think it should be a national program.

I completely agree. People will do whatever they do, so saying an addict doesn't hurt protection because he "chooses" to shoot up is pointless. Minimize infection, overdoses, etc. by allowing free clean needles, and you expose people to a solution, when they're ready to ask for help. Win-win.

I think the important people knew who she was. Like, the astronauts knew who she was.

Scientists detect biggest explosion since Big Bang It's five times bigger than the biggest they had observed till now... but there's no comparison to how big the Big Bang was, so probably not necessarily as big as that makes it sound? At least, that's what I'm getting from the story.
