Have you tried to resize them in paint?

That's an easy solution, yes
I usually upload them with Flickr, and there you have the opportunity to share your pics using BBcode, and you can choose the size in which they show up For me that's a pretty convenient way to show my pics here in reduced size, but you can still see them in full size if you click on the photo
But resizing them with paint or photoshop or such, that's definitely a good and easy solution as well I used to do that before I found out about the easy-ness of Flickr

My parents' kittycat didn't want his picture taken

If the pics are to big and you can't resize them you can always post them behind the spoiler tag

Some examples of image hosting sites that are pretty easy to use are:
Flickr.com
Photobucket.com
ImageShack.com

Or tinypic.com or postimage.org if you want to upload without registration.

Amazing photos everyone!

Good luck, socialfirefighter.

Here are some photos I took on my birthday trip.

The medieval pub restaurant where my dad and I had dinner with our family

This tree is outside the restaurant

This one is outside our hotel. I don't usually go out at night, so I like to take the opportunity to do some photography then when I can

I like taking pictures in the car, and because I can't use the flash because of the windscreen, I sometimes get weird shots like this

I loved the moon and clouds that night

Brodsworth Hall and gardens where we visited the day after my birthday

I checked with the hall guides and was allowed to take photos in the hall, without a flash, so I just took a few, including this one.

Great shots Julie . I like the squiggly lines when they happen. Always looks so cool!

Here are some pictures from my first Steelers game at Heinz Field last December. It was the last game of the regular season.

I can't see your pictures Courtnay. It looks like you may be missing a / in the img tag on the first one and I can't tell what it's is with the others unless it's just my connection because the links look right.
