Life is like a mirror, we get the best results when we smile at it  How this works - You must say one positive thing about yourself. Examples: Today when I looked in mirror I saw a pretty smile I like how my clothes looked on me today My hair looked awesome today I made someone laugh I like ------ about myself I see ----- I feel ---- I can do --- I make ---- Say anything as long as it's positive about yourself and on days when you can't think of a single one, come to this thread and read your past posts to be reminded of just how awesome you are.
