This is a place to grieve and vent about the ones you've loss. While we may be over the loss, the empty feeling is always there.

Loss may due to death or another form of absence.

Oh, no!!

Sweetie.

So sorry for your loss!

I loss my parents. My dad in 2002 due to a doctor's accident, and then my mom in 2008 falling down the steps, breaking her neck. I pretty much witness both.

And then my baby Katie, a dog I had for 16 years, passed away in May. I had her since I was 10. I miss her so much.

Hopefully this thread aids in someone to vent and speaks what their heart desires.

Omg Tina are you living in my head right now?

I've been in a funk all day missing my grandmother.

she was the one you always called when you needed a instant pick me up. I found myself reaching for the phone today....she passed away 6 years ago...

Tina even harder to witness both, thats awhole other level of grief

It's awful,right that feeling, you reach and then you remember ....

. My sister and mom and the girls all went for a haircuts today... I was fine with it then about an hour after they left I found myself reaching to run my fingers through my hair...something I haven't done in months ....can we say ugly cry for a a good 30 mins.... Then the urge to call her came because I needed to hear her tell me I was being silly and of of her funny stories

I rarely to share my grief to everyone include my fam since I tend to keep it to myself.. But I lost one of my brother in almost 11 years ago..

Sorry for all the losses everyone has gone through.

I've been through a string of family deaths the last ten years.

My uncle died from cirrhosis of the liver in 2004. My cousin died from HIV/AIDS complications in 2006 at the age of 38 (Have no idea if her boyfriend knew he had HIV nor do I know if he's alive.) My grandfather died from diabetes in 2009. Another uncle died a few days after Thanksgiving over a year ago from a heart attack which might been brought on by the fact he had issues with his weight.
