This is what I drink every morning and I swear it's what makes my skin so smooth
3 handfuls kale, 1 avocado, (peeled and take the seeds out) 4 florets of broccoli, 1/3 of a cucumber, 1 stick celery, 1 pear, 1 banana, 1/2 mango, 1 handful basil, 1-2 cup water, 2 cup of ice. I throw in some Walnuts and Hemp deeds too, but the nuts and seeds are optional. __________________

Vicki, sounds delicious. There is a website called eat yourself skinny and they have a mango and avocado smoothie listed there I think!

I mostly go for the Unsweetened Almond milk for my smoothies.
