thanks for starting it April! Can't wait to see all the awesome ideas.
Do you have any projects planned? I really wanna put a fairy door on my tree in the front yard. I'll share the pic of the one I found later. I just love the idea __________________

Cool thread!
When I had cable, I was addicted to those HGTV shows... I was always watching the programs on there. I really liked the talented guy on Color Splash... I thought his ideas were awesome. |

I decided to change the thread name to Home and Garden. Felt like it suits it better than home improvement.
No projects. I currently live in an apartment. Been here for 3 years and I'm so ready for a house. Our lease is up in Oct and hopefully we can find a house. The thought of decorating, painting, etc makes me excited. __________________

That's adorable.
My bf doesn't think we can buy a house since we pretty much have no money for down payments or closing costs. But my sister and her finacee brought a house and didn't pay any of that. All they pay to get in the house was $100. Plus my credit is pretty descent. And like I told him it doesn't help to look. Especially since it's a lot cheaper to buy than rent. I want a house in the country, not way out in the country. Does anyone watch Love it or List it? __________________

Pretty cool fire pit, in a way. If I were to have one, I'd want one of a volcano. __________________

Those are pretty Tina
That last pic reminded me when about three years ago I went to a decor store and they had this beautiful iron wall art, for $800.. there was no way to justify spending that amount and then I saw something similar done with rubber door mats like this Salvage Dior: Rubber Door Mat Wall Art I never did make one, but I still want to too. It was a genius idea Who would have ever thought to use that to save a masive amount of money __________________
