I think a bunch of kids knocked on my door last night for trick or treat. I couldn't answer the door because l was meditating. If l had been available l would have given all the kids a treat. What treat? I would have given them a list of references to look up on the internet to make sure they knew what halloween really was (the history) so they were fully aware of what they were supporting. I also would have told the kids to give the references to their parents to look up.
Next year l will have many lists of references ready, and l will be waiting. That will be their treat, an education. It has it's history in paganism and also is a historical day for blood sacrificing. __________________

Things are about to get jumping here. My sister and our neighbors got their little trick-or-treat stations set up outside. We usually get the littlest ones between 6:30 and 7:30 and then the bigger kids come out in full force until 10:00
