It sucks. You see, i didn't notice the community board before, and when i saw this thread it was like "Finally a place where i can talk to others like me". Now that i discovered it i will most likely never diasppear.

But i have been reading this amazing gay-themed book and now i'm reading the sequel. Even though it's about the early 90s they're so far the best gay-themed books i've read.

I like some gay books, obviously I read lesbian ones

but some are really well written.

I do like gay themed movies though, the most recent I saw was If The World Were Mine-lovely movie

I love Latter Days and have that in my movie collection

My big borther is gay and he has a longterm partner, so don't give up looking, there's a guy out there waiting

Yeah, there's this one chick that writes gay-themed ones, but all the others than the first of her i read has become sooooo predictable.

Love that move. I watch gay-themed movies alot more now, i have several on my harddrive. One of the best ones would have to be Summer Storm (german).

I have that one too. I cried soooooooo much torwards the end cause, apparently i was the only one that thought he was dead lol.

Yeah, i know. I almost did have one, but he turned out to be an ass. Good riddence if you ask me. Still on the look-out. There's been some nice guys u've had contact with, but the problem is that i can't so easily meet them. And i get soooo annoyed when my parents have to know everything i do even though i'm soon 20 years old. I'm so gonna move when i can.

Latter Days was such a good movie, the way Aaron was treated by the mormon church and his family was heartbreaking. I don't think I thought he was dead but Christian's reaction did make me tear up. Summer Storm I haven't heard of, what's it about?

Surely i will. There must be someone out there who wants the same as me (meaning no hook-up and stuff like that the minute i meet them).

I know, i cried alot, and then the day after i cried alot of a norwegian movie about two boys falling in love, but the aftermath of it all was soooo sad and depressing, exactly what i sometimes love.

I've had enough depressing ending in lesbian movies to last me a life time, so now I skip those type. I really like German lesbian movies, they have had some good ones but I don't think I've ever seen a gay german movie.
