You'd think, right? But I'm in a bad mood right now that even shopping won't fix. Maybe next weekend I'll go.

Thanks, I plan on going out next weekend to watch 300, so I'll most likely shop then.

Tomorrow's my big shopping day! I've got some money saved from this past month, so I'm hitting LV. I think I'm going to pick up the Multicolore Heart Purse. I think it'll look TDF on my Speedy! Then we're hitting the high street to look at all the new spring fashion.

Thanks! Turns out my monthly money from my mom didn't come through. I think something's going on with the bank, because it's still not here. But I'm going to just look around today at Selfridges. It'll be good, so that when I do get my money, I'll know what I want and go straight over there.

Aww, that sucks! Hopefully you've gotten the money by now and were able to satisfy your shopping needs

I also bought some things today, I had to treat myself a little after taking a big exam

Stella McCartney Target chaos

By Jen Melocco and Andrew Chesterton

March 12, 2007 12:00
Article from: The Daily Telegraph

A FASHION feeding frenzy turned violent this morning as women rushed for the Stella McCartney for Target range this morning.

There were scenes of pandemonium at the Bondi Junction Target store as women tried to grab hold of the limited edition range by the top line British designer.

"Someone just ripped a jacket out of my hands," said Lori Herbert of Vaucluse.

Another woman, who refused to give her name, said a clothes rack had been rammed into her side and she feared for her safety in the crowd.

Up to 300 women started queing outside the store since 6.30am intent on bagging a bargain.

Within 10 minutes of the store opening at 9am all Stella stock, bar one or two t-shirts, had flown off the racks.

The first items to fly off the rack included silk dresses for $179.99 and $129.99 silk tops.

Celeste Barber, 24, of Balmain had managed to grab one silk dress and two silk tops after being first in the queue at 6.30am.

"I've never done anything like this before but it's a one-off chance," she said.

Earlier she'd had to defend her top spot from a queue-jumper.

Security was called in to take the late-comer to the end of the line.

Kylie Jones, 33 of Bondi spent $3000 on clothes.

"I just ran and grabbed anything I could," she said.

With about 20 items in her bags, she bought multiples of jumpers and dresses in both size 8 and 10.

Women also resorted to ripping clothes off mannequins to get hold of bargains.

"I really wanted the skinny jeans so I just had to take it off the model, I'm a bit emabarrased," said Daniella Ledaca of Woolloomoolloo.

The atmosphere turned ugly at the store however, when word spread that a second lot of clothes were to be put out on the racks.

Target staff warned the crowds that they would not release the clothes until they calmed down.

A second round of just two racks of clothes were attacked by screaming women before they could even be moved to the designated Stella McCartney area.

While there were plenty of happy customers who had bagged a bargain those who had missed out were left dissappointed.

"Why is it not organised better?" said Indrani Pillay of Hurstville.

"The people who arrived later aren't getting anything".
I wonder how Bella went in the Perth city I hope they weren't bad too

Oh those Eastern Staters

I was calmy standing out side Target Perth City at the lovely hour of 8am with a few other fashionistas and I only bought two things this (its the black coat second from the right on the top line) and black suit jacket to go with jeans. Being honest a lot of the stuff wasn't to my liking. I can't wear the winter jacket till winter, but its so cute, I couldn't resisit. The jeans looked good, though I think its all sold out now.

Whoops I forgot to post the link! I'll do it when I get home.

Honestly, some of the clothes weren't to my liking. A lot of people on another site where complaining about the sizes being too big. I didn't have a problem. I'm an Australian size 10 and most things where a good fit, maybe with a bit of room, but it didn't swamp me.

Forgot to answer your question from earlier Kelly. Yes the clothes are made in China, but they're a good cut and the fabric is nice on the jackets.
