I understand the anxiety, overall. It can't be easy to not have your house period. And it's been going on forever.
I just wish she wouldn't focus on specifics like Christmas, or my nephew's birthday in early December. __________________

That's stressful. I know I'd feel anxious and unhappy without my specific familiar surroundings with my stuff. So she is staying with your brother or something for a year??
Construction and repairs take forever! related to fall, one day its pouring and I need a jacket, the next morning, flip flops again.  |

No, they're staying in a small basement apartment they're renting from their contractor.
They spent the first two months at her sister's house, which was a horrible mistake. Being there just kicked my mother's normal stressed out state up to 11. And my mother's special power is to communicate her stress to those around her. __________________

Happy First Day of Fall everyone!
 It doesn't feel like ''fall'' at all where I live.. It should be 17°C (63°F) in the afternoon but it's been 24°C-26°C (75°F-79°F) for the past two weeks... Sunday, it will be 30°C (86°F) and it will feel like 39°C (102°F)...  __________________
