Exercise
Hi ,everyone
I am still continuing with my exercise program and am getting some great results. I have lost another 5lbs in the last week and feeling much better physically and mentally. I am continuing to lift weights on a regular basis and am doing 20 minutes of cardio every workout. I have also started going to spinning classes twice a week which I have gotten some great results from and I recommend everyone try them as they are a great cardio workout and a great way to loose weight.
