Its the first day of fall?



Anyway, its finally raining out! I like rainy days and I've had enough of the sun


I'm getting a covid test tomorrow but I phoned about it on Monday and now I feel perfectly fine

I don't know if it's the first day of fall, but we're officially in the fall. I like fall weather. Of course, I'm not going out much these days.

covid tests need to be free, it's a moral responsibility of the government to it's people. but nope, it costs $300 and you can only apply for reimbursement if you actually test positive. what kind of crap is that?!

wow, that’s no way to control a pandemic, making people choose between financial security in hard times or getting a test.

It’s most definitely fall today! It might thunder tonight and it just rained a torrential amount!

They make people pay through the nose for insulin in the United States, Leanne. What do you expect? The whole economic system is designed to keep a good separation between rich and poor people.

It's truly appalling, but they seem to like it that way, so what can you do? It's not like we can invade and demand regime change. It's all they know.

Well, he gets tested often regardless. It seems to me, with his age & the lack of mask wearing or social distancing this was almost inevitable. I don't want Trump to die certainly, but this president had so many chances to take this disease more seriously & for far to long he chose not to. Hopefully everyone involved with this ends up healthy & they survive. The contract tracing by the way with Trump & everyone he's been in contact with lately is I think going to be massive.

Well, I don't want them to die, but Trump is only having I think a mild case. Now if Trump recovers from this & goes back to holding rallys like Chris Cuomo mentioned tonight could happen, that would be the lowest point of this presidency I think. Mark Meadows is Trump's Chief of Staff said that he does not think this is the end & that more White House officials will test positive for Covid-19.

I need to rest this weekend. That's my big plan. I want to try my hand at making bread pudding, but even that's not set in stone at all.

I'll talk politics on our two politics thread. Just very grateful to be Canadian right now. At least the stupidity will take a bit longer to reach us.

a lot of people think trumputin is doing all this to gain 'sympathy points' during this last month of campaign before the election. i'm 50/50 on the fence, it could be real or it could be more the trumpster unreality show. ugh.
