New thread everyone, just realized when I posted the other day I was the last one to post in that thread so here's the new one. What do you all want as a title?

ive been doing burpees lately, theyre really hard though as i can barely do a push up

i do these only because they seem to hurt the most, with the least amount of exercise done ( ), other than that i will run and watch what i eat.

im not really big, but id like to be more toned. hope it works as ive not really noticed much difference, other than being less breathless after any kind of exercise

What are Burpees? Never heard of that term. Are they like planks?

Hi everyone

I'm going oversea in 2 weeks I'm going to try and not eat so much over there.
I've got winter in my country and I got winter in 2 other countries and Hot in 1 country

In March or April I joined the Gym because of my Trip and being healthy too since I had problem finding Zumba classes.
My Gym is a 24/7 gym which is great. I lost about 4 kilos so far, I'm 70 kilos

l had bird seed sprouts and algae for my breakfast. For lunch l am having a big bag of weeds (weed juice) and flowers and a few prickles.

lf you live on weed juice, grass juice, sea weed juice and sprout juices and sprouted sesame, sprouted sunflower and sprouted nuts...you can develop really good muscle on minimal exercise. And yes, calories is an antiquated theory. The key is to eat foods high in electromagnetic vibrations, high amino acids and high in sunlight. As long as the body is building or sustaining muscle on these foods, calories don't count.

My lunch for today:

* AFA blue-green algae
* seaweed/kelp
* alfalfa sprouts
* walnut sprouts
* chestnut sprouts
* bacterial soil based form of B12 (one of the few proper ones available on the world market)
* digestive enzymes (helps me get maximum nutrition out of the food and puts a sheild around inner body cells [seen in microscope] to reduce free radical damage and slow down aging process)

WALNUT SPROUTS!!!

When you eat raw like this (best possible food and nutrition on the planet), you often can go for days without sleep and still be extremely high energy. And often you can just have a short power nap and be recharged and on cloud 9 each day.

l had wheatgrass and some apples for breakfast.

My tea will probably be green algae, grass and sesame seed sprouts, or maybe even lentil sprouts and chickpea sprouts with grass.

l am middle aged, yet l run around like a child of 8....full of innocent joy and boundless energy! l have discovered the fountain of youth. A raw sprout diet and meditation is key to a perfect life!!!

Do it. Mind control is very important in this day and age.

Most people aren't ready for such things. Most folks are just happy to sit on the couch and drink beer and watch t.v all night. No matter, we are all at different stages and on different journey's in life.

I just started exercising and dieting a week ago. It's awesome. I'm getting a FitBit in a few days, hubby has his for a year now, and has lost 41 pounds. The FitBits are so awesome. Does anyone else have one?

I'm also on MyFitnessPal if anyone would like to be my friend.
