I don't love beans, I have to say.
I tried to be a vegetarian about 25 years ago and I'm allergic to all nuts, tree nuts, things that aren't even nuts but seem to be related somehow (for instance, soy)... Anyway, I lasted two weeks on nothing but beans until I cried Uncle and had to find a way to reconcile with animal protein. __________________

I'm so sorry! I sympathize. My daughter has a fatal peanut allergy. Hers is tree nuts and eggs as well. I make her totally separate menus. It's rough.
Last night was salmon and zucchini. |

Well, the good news there is that my allergies have become incredibly more manageable. Pre-puberty, I was that person who was allergic to everything. Now, all that's left (food-wise, anyway) are the things I was deathly allergic to when I was a kid.
And I'm no longer deathly allergic to them. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather avoid contact with nuts, thank you very much, but it won't send me to the hospital. So, there may be hope for your daughter.  __________________

Mandie, I just moved. Give me a second! And, seriously, if you're going to have food allergies, you want to have them as a child. I'm sure it's hell on the parents and I'm not pretending it was fun for me either. But puberty is a game changer when it comes to allergies. __________________
