You can buy nut free in the store I hate pine nuts and we found this recipie a while ago

I know how that goes
Have you all head of the Keto diet? My sister started it a couple of days ago... she made a pizza and dough...oh goodness... 2 cups of mozzerlla 1tsp basil 1tsp oregano 1tsp itilain seasonging 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 garlic powder you mix that and microwave for 90 seconds knead in half a cup almond flour roll it out and trasnfere to a heated baking pan bake for 5-7 minutes add toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.. It was really good and the dough by it's self cooked was a good chip like bread __________________

I know nothing about it, never heard of it until she came home from her apt and told me. She's supposed to try it for 4 weeks. Shes on day 3

It's so funny because we had our "Christmas lunch" at work today and my boss was talking about his wife going on a similar diet. I forget how it was specifically and he couldn't remember the name either. But, for me, it was "hey, two in as many days!"
So, obviously, I'm the one who was misinformed. __________________
