I heard a young customer at work today saying "It must be boring to cook if you're a vegetarian"
Wow, that's not the case at all. I'm a vegetarian and if anything it's enjoyable to be inventive with ideas. I haven't eaten meat or fish since I was 13.

This evening I'm going to make a fresh red pepper, garlic, spinach, fresh mozzarella pizza. I wouldn't call that boring

Sounds yummy! My husband is a vegan. It's so hard to cook for him.

How long as he been a Vegan if you don't mind me asking?
Vegan curry dishes can taste great if he enjoys spices. I have a lot of tips of vegan recipes if you ever need some insight/help

He was a vegetarian for about 8 years, and then he turned vegan with in the last two years.

I think with him, he's lazy so he doesn't cook much. He eats a lot of pasta/rice.
