It's awful isn't it! I can't wait for summer to be over. It'll be quieter at work again and I won't be asked to do too much overtime. I think, next time, I'll mark on my calendar when my next period will be. That way I'll make sure to say no if I'm asked when I'm on it.

Oh, so the three giant bruises on my lower back aren't enough, it has to start today with every single symptom following...

That's good.
I was fine to begin with today, in quite a good mood, I volunteered at the zoo as normal…but by the end of the day I was exhausted. I'm one of the few who tends not to eat much when I'm on it, I never feel hungry enough. All I feel like eating is chocolate and ice cream. Nothing else. Though I did manage a caesar wrap at lunch today. But by this evening my mood changed dramatically. Over-tiredness and lack of food I guess doesn't help.Quote:
