What are some of your rituals you do? Like, do you pamper yourself? Even though it's a painful month?

I usually go for a Mani/Pedi if I have the funding, and try to get my mind off of the pain.

Me either Mandie, sometimes if it's bad and I'm able, I'll soak in the tub with some bath salts or bubble bath.

Ron, im a straight girl, I wear girly clothes and sometimes men's shirts. I have a ton of men's polo shirts...I used to wear them to cover the size of my boobs, they weren't form fitting so hid my embarrassment of them, really well. 36 DDD not an easy thing to hide. I eventually got over it, but still wear the shirts from time to time. I also wear ball caps and I don't always carry a bag/ purse... Doesn't make me any less of a girl

In other words wear what you like and makes you happy because that is all that really truly matters

^- Don't you hate sore boobs?! Even when you're not pregnant. They're a worse curse than everything else I think (aw hell it all sucks but still). Wearing a bra does help but it gets tiring and not wearing one makes them stretch. There is no winning.
