I was in bad pain this weekend and was throwing up. We think it could be my gallbladder. I hope that I don't need surgery.

we went out on thanksgiving night shopping at two different walmarts (long story) and it got so cold and winter out and was walking so much around that I was in so much pain when I got home and laid down. My feet were stolen and crazy red and blue from being in the wrong shoes.

On the home front I am not doing the best. Prayers would be appreated. You all probally know by now that I pretty much constley have a headache what between the clusters, chronic migraines, chronic tension, and ocasioanial sinus. The cold weather that I love does not love my wrist or ankle. That said I slipped at work on Dec 5th Thursday. The result is that I now have three vertabre out of wack. Yesterday was my firstday back and I am on light duty no bending no sharing no lifting no pushing no pulling no nothing sitting no more than two hours at a time no standing more than 2 hours at a time. Praying that it does not lead to major back problems for rest of my life and I get off light duty soon because it is killing me
