Ugh, the rain is not helping with the pain. I ache everywhere, I have dislocated my right shoulder, my right hip, my head is aching, I have a bar in my right calf, and my ankle are all killing me. I need to spray myself with some pain spray soon.

I am also bipolar but fortunate that Lyrica is working so well without any of the negative side effects!!! I take 150 mg of Zoloft for depression and that has kept me stable for approx. 5 years without any adjustments.

Five years ago I had suicidal thoughts and chronic severe pain didn't help. Having poor and interrupted sleep also didn't help...between pain, our aging dog and severely autistic son who is also bipolar, rapid cycler and has seasonal affect disorder, I had many nights where I got only 1-3 hours of sleep.
Also have sleep apnea...finally got tested and have a machine that gives me the oxygen I need to my brain when ever I stop breathing while I sleep.

Ok I can and have has many as four or five headaches in my head (sounds crazy but it is possible and for people like me it happens a lot) well today for most of the day i had the normal edge that never really leaves. But I thought I was headed for a doozy (hasn't came yet wish it would) because I was hit by aura which is a step I ushally skipp even with my worst ones . It hit around 8:00 pm eatern time still in it off and on and no headache just the roar as always fun . I hope the headache comes soon. I can manage headaches and the what I call normal unbelivable pain but I can barely handle a bad Arua.
