My blood pressure seems to have dropped, it just wont go up, at one point my vision went really blurry and I felt like I was about to faint, I had to run to my bed and lie down before I fainted, it hasn't happened to me in a long time and never lasts this long

Could be a mix of bad sleeping + not eating enough + my period but since I suffer from hypothyroidism I might have to get some blood test routine and see the specialist, it can always be some imbalance or something but ugh I just want it to go away, the abdominal pain is bad enough...

No, I don't think I've heard of that

Lately I'm excessively sleepy, like I sleep OK but need a nap and I wake up like 4/5 hours later maybe my sleeping was bad for too long, just this weekend I started putting a limit to my messed up sleeping schedule.

I thought of checking my back last month when a stupid bus driver shut the door on me, the bus was full and I got stuck on the side and with the door, my back got the worst of it since it was on the side of the closing door trapping me. It hasn't hurtt since then though so I guess it's OK. I was really tired after a long day and after that just wanted to go home even more, didn't feel like going to ER, it only hurt in the moment, I didn't even have a scratch nor much pain afterwards.
I'm glad I was in the position I was or he'd ripped my head off when he closed the door, smh.

Carbamazepineeen been on 200mg a day and 200mg at evenings = 400mg in a day and it has been 5months it was working at first but now I am back at step one in excruciating pain barley get relef days now and it is getting in the way of my life and people in my life going back to neuro next month to adjust medcine or chang to another kind and see the results of my mri I just had done again. My mom is having the hardest time with me being in pain she says iv become a very unhappy person and I have let the pain control me and it has taking over my life she is going to tell the doctor that is either find something that works or I need to go to a therapist or go into a health hospital home because she can't deal with it anymore she has her own health issues which I understand but in all this time iv had trigeminal neuralgia I would of appreciated support but my mom's just not a patient person and never wants to speak to others about there problems but I was there and still though all of her issues and painkillers are not working too

I just found out from last Friday's ultrasound of my shoulders that I have torn rotator cuff. X-Rays from 3 weeks ago showed severe arthritis(bone arthritis) in both shoulders. I have had physical therapy for a year and cortisone shots every 6 month for 1 1/2 years. I am to have a MRI before surgery on both shoulders.
