And I'm pretty sure NYC has a ban on soda over like 20 oz or something crazy like that.
Walking with an open container of alcohol is only legal in very few places. From what others say Virginia has some of the strictest alcohol laws. We stop selling at midnight and bars and resturants stop at 2. __________________
