I wanna learn to snowboard this winter! I've said that for the last 3 winters tho ...... 3's a charm?

Yay! New thread! And the title's so true! I can wait for winter. The only good thing about it is the possibility of a snow day! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]
Dani - You should try snowboarding! I tried it last winter and although I was aching for like a week after doing it, it's really fun! I liked wiping out. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] It's crazy how many different ways you can fall on your butt (or face... if you're anything like me [img]smilies/tongue.gif[/img] ). __________________

My mom used to drag me along to cross country skiing (BLAH! hate.hate.hate.), and I went downhill a few times with friends, family, etc..but..I was never good at it. No snow yet here, just lots and lots and lots of rain. I missed my bus this morning cause I couldnt find my umbrella [img]smilies/pout.gif[/img] Thats what happens when my mom puts things in their proper place!

No snow. Hopefully if it is like every other winter down here, then there won't be any 'til December. I can't ski, snowboard, or stop while skating. What kind of Canuck am I?

Yay for getting the OC two days early!
Fair, I'm not very into all the winter sports myself [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] Except sledding down the hill in the park, that is fun and always followed by hot chocolate at someone's house. I have to confess, I was kinda wishing for snow instead of rain today. The rain was starting to irritate me. Snow at least is more...substantial. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] __________________
