Bunnies who love Harry Potter #1: Because we go OT sometimes.
Welcome to the Bunnies who love Harry Potter thread!! Uh, who are you people? We are wayward Bunnies from the Getting to 10,000 Posts thread on the Off Topic Board that have a love for Harry Potter that cannot be contained. As our conversations tended to overpower that thread, this one was created for HP talk. And only HP talk please.  So what part of the HP world do you discuss? Anything and everything. If it has aired on a movie screen or been put into print, it’s fair game. All ships, all characters, all actors. So with that in mind, a few ground rules. 1) B/c we make no distinction of what part of HP to discuss, any ship you care to talk about is fine. Please though understand that not everyone will agree with you. If you disagree, don’t attack someone. We encourage a friendly debate but don’t let it get out of control. 2) As aforementioned, we talk about everything that is out. If you haven’t seen a movie or read one of the books, don’t get mad if you read something that you would consider a spoiler. 3) If you post spoilers please make sure you mention what it’s for(book or movie), use the  smilie and leave plenty of space so that those that don’t want to read it, don’t have to.4) For the love of all that is magical, have some fun!! That’s really why we’re here.  So...you guys do know there's an HP Board, right? Yes, we do know. However, we were looking for a place that talks about the world of HP in general and doesn't compartmentalize every book, every movie, every ship, etc. Also, most everyone that will post here are originally from the Bunny thread and therefore, we feel a bit lost b/c we don't know anyone there. Basically, we were looking for a place where we could be Bunnies and talk HP and this was the only place that fit those requirements. SPECIAL NOTE Keeping in mind that the 6th book, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is about to be released, we are setting a 1 week grace period to allow everyone to read it before discussions begin. Please do not talk about HBP until Sunday July 23rd. If you can't remember that date, it's Dan Radcliffe's b-day. I still haven't gotten into HP, I saw the first movie but missed the end so I'll have to rewatch that
 and I have the book of The order of the Phoenix but still have to read it aswell |
