I don't know. Some of you read it on my LJ or on the romance thread but the crazy-ex texted me saying "I know you don't want to go out with me but how about being fwb?" FWB= friends with benefits. I unleashed a lot of fury and crazed innuendos in my LJ so I'll spare you guys the FILF references. Those who know my story with the crazy-ex, you'd know why I get a little paranoid. But for those who don't know, the crazy-ex was someone who can get rather manipulative and is someone who thinks with his pants, so to say. So if you girls don't give in, you're relationship is in trouble. That's how it was. I asked him if this was a scheme to get in to my pants. He said it wasn't, and why I would say such a thing. I thought it was all lies and he kept saying that we were friends, why couldn't we be more than that? A lot of bull  since we haven't spoken nor seen each other for 5 months and I never said anything about being friends and now he just wants to jump in and instantly say let's be friends with benefits. That's almost the same thing as "I want to be your f buddy".For all I know, the guy had not done anything to earn my trust or respect and he claims to do that if I take up his offer of being fwb. I'm so freaking pissed! He's just there to get in my pants. And now he says that he still likes me so much that he wants to hold me, and talk to me all the time, get intimate and be mine. He thinks about me all the time...which I guess in his case, he REALLY does think about me a lot, getting in to my pants and all, even if I said no. I am on good terms with my ex-s. This is not one of them. I'm just really broken because I thought he moved on and found someone who could fill his needs, and yet, he's still so deeply enamoured by me, which I feel smothered and stalked. | Moderator Support Team |  Hey Rosie! And I've noticed  I've been really busy with school and work. The situation with the crazy-ex...which I thought went away...is back again. Ugh! So now he unknowingly exposed himself as a very controlling sort of guy. I knew he was back then but here's the thing: Who the hell calls at 5:30 am in the morning? I told that guy I didn't want to meet up with him that day because I have a 5,000 word story to write (handwritten now. I couldn't type it) and I had about 2,000 so far. What he did was keep saying "Just do it tonight!" If you can write 3,000 words, more power to you. And it was due the next day. It's really funny though. He says when he's drunk, he tends to tell the truth. So this probably means when he's sober, he's b-sing all the way. (Dora, you could probably read the rest on my LJ) I seriously hope he gets the hint  Anywho, hope you guys are doing okay. | I didnt know they had a board like this but its good to have one. I had a relationship problem and alcohol was involved. I dont feel like talking about it in public but if someone wants to PM me its fine i just get very sad in talking about it in forums and stuff. | |||

| I don't know if my heart is all broken anymore. Today I let go of a big piece of myself. I decided once and for all, to not be friends with my ex anymore. It kinda saddens me but it was hard being just her friend. We had broken up about half a month ago now, and even though it was a mutual breakup, my feelings were still there. I loved her a lot. The first week of being alone was the hardest, since I was use to being with someone all the time(we moved in together). Anyways. I wished her well in her life, hope that she would finally find happiness. She wished the same for me. And I think I'm ready to finally move on from this girl. I loved her for about 6 years. And good luck with the new beginning MiSaKimz: I'd say welcome back, but somehow, seeing people come back into this thread is not really something to celebrate, is it? How's things with everyone else? Here's a question: When you love someone, can there be a moment when you tell yourself it's OK to be apart without losing the love you have for them and the hope that things might work out? I think right now I'm at that point... My ex (and as I mentioned in the previous thread, my baby girl's Dad) is "reconnecting" with his ex's family (he was pretty much a part of the family until she went traveling and they broke up) and... as much as I'm not happy about him spending time away, I'm not going mad about it anymore... I've finally accepted that he wants to stay friends with her and her family are friends of his, too.  Maybe I'm just growing up....And maybe what keeps me going is that she'll be going away again... The only thing that bugs me about it is, that I think if it wasn't for all this mess, me and her could've been friends Sound so insane right now..  Jen. | |||
