I could tell you what CJD stands for, but that's it.

It stands for Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, a degenerative neurological disorder (brain disease) that is very rare, incurable, and usually fatal. It's similiar to BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy), commonly known as mad cow disease.
